According to WWE Hall of Famer Triple H, there’s significant buzz about a major superstar making a return to the company in 2024, and all eyes are on Mercedes Mone, better known as Sasha Banks. The former Women’s Tag Team Champion has been absent from WWE for over a year, departing during a May 2022 episode of Raw and finding success outside the company.

With CM Punk’s explosive comeback during Survivor Series, optimism has grown about Banks’ potential return. Speaking on The Hall of Fame podcast, legendary Booker T made a surprising prediction about Sasha Banks making her WWE comeback next year. Booker shared,

“The good thing is that now the management has changed. The thinking of the people there has changed. She was not happy with her previous run in the company, but that doesn’t matter now. It’s written on her shirt, ‘Hell froze over.’ CM Punk is back after 10 years. You know what I mean? Sasha Banks has a way to hide Mercedes Mone. I’m making a prediction. She’ll be back in 2024. Bet on it. I think the deal has been done in WWE.”

Comedian Jeff Dye also chimed in on Sasha Banks’ potential return during an appearance on the Wrestling with Freddie podcast. Dye confidently stated,

“Where’s Sasha Banks going to go? It’s not going to be AEW. She’s going to be in WWE. She’s going to be back. That’s my prediction.”
